Data reported in Table 1 of the individual country chapters include mineral commodity production data over a 5-year period (2015 through 2019). For this data release, these mineral commodity production data from all published 2019 international chapters were combined into a single table and reformatted into a machine-readable format .csv file. No content from the originally published tables were modified or revised in this process other than minor typographical errors. Published on an annual basis, the U.S. Geological Survey's Minerals Yearbook Volume III: Area Reports — International is the Government's publication to furnish information covering mineral commodities in various countries. Individual Minerals Yearbook country chapters include sections on government policies and programs, trade and production data, industry structure and ownership, commodity sector developments, infrastructure, and a summary outlook. Data tables within these chapters contain mineral commodity information and statistics over a range of 5 years covering over 90 individual minerals and materials.
