    <descript>
This data release contains model input files, workflows, and results supporting a proof-of-concept that combines hydro-economic modeling, scenario-based modeling, and multi-objective optimization to evaluate pumping curtailment in an over-allocated basin in the Western United States. The previously published hydro-economic model combines bespoke python economic calculations with a MODFLOW model. We connect this existing model to the PEST++ modeling framework for multi-objective optimization, facilitated by further python scripts custom to this project.
