The chorus frog survey and raw capture dataset was constructed by listing every capture of each marked individual over multiple years as part of a long term monitoring project. For each individual, whether a first capture or recapture is noted (capture by hand), and the id number, sex (male with dark throat patch / no dark throat patch for female), dorsal and spot colors, snout-vent length (in millimeters via dial calipers), and mass (in milligrams via spring scale) are provided. Survey data include: air temperature, water temperature, percent cloud cover, wind speed and moon visibility (yes or no).
